The Project Manager will be responsible for the project throughout its entire life cycle, from the sales process, conceptualization and contract negotiations, through design, construction, close out, and warranty. The Site Supervisor will be involved in the development of the project schedule and is responsible to ensure the project is following that schedule. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for site safety, coordination of vendors, and warranty visits and procedures post construction.
